If you want to lose weight quickly, I’d recommend exercise. Crash dieting can kick start weight loss, but I’m guessing you want to keep it off too! Tempting as it may be to starve yourself for those two weeks before the big party/wedding/holiday and lose weight quickly. But what about the weeks that follow the big day, when you give in to every offer of crisps, donuts and chocolates as you feel you deserve it after those weeks of having nothing but cabbage
